Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TheeCRM (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. This is a starting template, have it reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account, your team’s activity, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your organization.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, send spam, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to access data belonging to other customers. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

You own the data you put into TheeCRM. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Availability & liability

We work hard on uptime but the Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
